1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when you create an account, including your name and email address. We also collect information about how you use Signal, including watchlist symbols, portfolio data you enter, and alert preferences. If you link a Telegram account to receive alerts, we store the Telegram chat identifier you provide.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Deliver your personalized trading signal briefings by email
- Send alerts to Telegram if you link your Telegram account
- Operate and improve Signal's scoring and analytics features
- Communicate with you about your account and service updates
3. Alerts and Messaging
Signal sends briefings by email and, if you link your Telegram account, alerts through Telegram. Signal no longer sends SMS or WhatsApp messages. If you entered a phone number in Settings before SMS alerts were discontinued, we no longer use it to contact you, and you may ask us to delete it by contacting us. You can stop Telegram alerts at any time by turning off alert types or removing your Telegram chat identifier in Settings.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Signal (cloud hosting, email delivery, Telegram message delivery), and only to the extent required to provide those services.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
